Directions for use
As a herbal drink: prepare as tea. Recommended use: 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds per cup of boiling water. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then strain. You can drink several cups, cold or warm. May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
