Spearmint, marjoram, thyme, strawberry leaf, blackberry leaf, nettle leaf, pine needle, wild pansy, yarrow, raspberry leaf, sorrel, coltsfoot, lady's mantle, primrose, chamomile, meadowsweet, lime blossom, daisy, marigold, lemon balm, cleavers, purple rose leaf, candlewort flower, elderflower, ground ivy.
Usage
Pour boiling water over the mixture (one tablespoon per cup) and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink warm or cooled, sip by sip, three times a day.
