Ingredients
Spearmint, marjoram, thyme, strawberry leaf, blackberry leaf, nettle leaf, pine needle, wild pansy herb, yarrow, raspberry leaf, sorrel, coltsfoot, lady's mantle, primrose, chamomile, meadowsweet, lime blossom, daisy, marigold, lemon balm herb, cleavers, purple rose petal, chickweed flower, elderflower, ground ivy.
Usage
Pour boiling water over the mixture (one tablespoon per cup) and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day, warm to cooled, in sips.
