Usage
Place a few drops under your tongue 2 to 3 times daily. A maximum of 15 drops per day. Leave the oil in your mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Build up the dosage gradually, as this varies from person to person.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
