Instructions
For use during breastfeeding.Prepare as tea.Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herb mixture.Let steep, covered, for 10 minutes.Then strain and drink.You can drink up to 2 cups per day.May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
