Dill (anethum graveolens), Kummel (carum carvi), Anise (pimpinella anisum), Cumin (cuminum cyminum)
Usage
To be used during breastfeeding.
Prepare as a tea
Pour 1 teaspoon of herbal mixture with 150 ml of boiling water.
Let it steep covered for 10 minutes.
Then strain and drink.
You can drink up to 2 cups per day.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
