Blueberry leaf (Ribis nigri)
Usage
1 tablespoon of herbs per half liter of boiling water.
Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
You can drink a cup hot or cold 3 times a day.
May be sweetened, preferably with honey.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
