Cut birch leaf (Betulae folia conc).
Usage
To prepare as an herbal tea: Place 1 teaspoon of chopped leaves in a teacup and pour boiling water over it. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups per day (between meals), hot or cold.
