Usage
Prepare as a tea or in recipes.
Recommended use: One level tablespoon of aniseed (crushed if necessary) with half a litre of boiling water.
Let it steep covered for 10 minutes.
You can drink 2 to 3 cups of herbal drink per day.
In dishes: according to recipe or to taste.
