A protein-rich drink mix, source of calcium, magnesium, and vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, and niacin, tailored to the needs of athletes. Thanks to its protein- and carbohydrate-rich formula and vitamin source, Mass Gainer Drink provides: proteins that contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass; vitamins B6, B2, C, niacin, and magnesium that help reduce tiredness and fatigue; and calcium that contributes to normal muscle function.

Usage
1 serving = 50 g powder (4 scoops), or 12 g protein and 34 g carbohydrates to be diluted in 200 ml water or milk as desired (for a small extra protein supply of 6.8 g / 200 ml and a creamier recipe).
For use as an intensive treatment during muscle building: 1 to 3 servings (0.2-0.6 g protein/kg body weight) per day. Drink plenty of fluids. Isostar's nutritionists recommend drinking Mass Gainer during strenuous exercise lasting more than 1 hour or after training for recovery.
