Use
1 serving = 50 g powder (4 scoops), or 12 g proteins and 34 g carbohydrates, to be diluted in 200 ml water or milk (for a small extra protein intake of 6.8 g / 200 ml and a creamier recipe).To be used as an intensive course during the muscle mass building period: 1 to 3 servings (0.2-0.6 g proteins / kg body weight) per day. Drink plenty of water. Isostar nutritionists recommend drinking Mass Gainer during exercise sessions of more than 1 hour or after training for recovery.
