Usage
Hydrate & Perform powder is an isotonic drink mix for exercise, designed to help you meet your fitness goals during warm-up (150 ml every 15 minutes) and at regular intervals during and after exercise (up to 2 hours after exercise) (150 ml every 15 minutes). How to prepare a serving: Dilute 3 scoops in 500 ml of water.
