High-protein drink mix, a source of calcium, magnesium, and vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, and niacin. High Protein 90 drink provides proteins that contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass, vitamins B6, B2, C, niacin, and magnesium that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and calcium that contributes to normal muscle function. A formula rich in high-quality biological proteins (chemical index >100, according to the WHO report, 1985 - Technical Report Series, 724).

Usage
1 serving = 25 g powder (4 scoops) or 20 g protein, to be dissolved in 175 ml water or milk (for an extra supply of protein (6 g / 175 ml) and a creamier recipe).
For use as a maintenance treatment. 1 to 3 servings (0.3-0.9 g protein/kg body weight) per day. Drink plenty of fluids.
