Ingredients

Usage
Take 4 liquid soft gel capsules per day with a meal (can be spread out over the day).

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
