Quatrase 10,000 contains the lactase enzyme, which helps digest lactose in people who have difficulty digesting lactose.

Alpha galactosidase (1200u), xylose isomerase (7500u), capsule: stabilizer (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), lactase (10,000 FCC), filler (calcium carbonate), invertase (500u).
Usage
Take 1-3 capsules immediately before or with the first bite of a complex carbohydrate and/or lactose-containing meal.
Take a maximum of 15 capsules per day. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsule and take only the powder.
