Bulking agent: acacia gum; mixture of six lactic acid bacteria: bacillus coagulans, bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium animalis lactis, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus rhamnosus, streptococcus thermophilus. HPMC (capsule). Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Usage
Take one capsule daily with some water at a fixed time. Use for at least five days before expecting an effect. The effect lasts as long as you continue taking one capsule daily.
