Usage
Place the pad inside your underwear, fold the wings over to the outside, and fasten the handy snaps. This will keep the pad in place better. Change the pad every 4-5 hours, or when it's saturated. It's best to rinse the pad after use and then store it in a wet bag until you wash it. You can also choose to put them in a wet bag immediately after use and pre-rinse them in the washing machine when it's time to wash them. However, this does increase the risk of staining.
Washing instructions:
When using the pads for the first time, wash them before use. Machine wash the string at 60°C. They can then be tumble dried. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. This will reduce the pad's absorbency.
