Use
Place the sanitary pad in your underwear, fold the wings outwards, and fasten the convenient snaps. This ensures the sanitary pad stays in place better. Replace the sanitary pad every 4-5 hours, or when it is saturated. It is preferred to rinse the sanitary pad after use and then store it in a wet bag until you do laundry. You can also choose to put them directly into a wet bag after use and pre-rinse them with the washing machine when it's time for laundry. However, this increases the chance of stains.
