Place the sanitary pad in your underwear, fold the wings outwards, and fasten the convenient snaps. This will keep the sanitary pad better in place. Replace the sanitary pad every 4-5 hours, or when it is saturated. It is preferable to rinse the sanitary pad after use and then store it in a wet bag until you wash it. You can also choose to put them directly into a wet bag after use and pre-rinse them with the washing machine when it's time for laundry. However, this increases the chance of stains.
