Use
The HyperFree® inhalation cassette is a medical device that can be used for hyperventilation. The HyperFree® helps you to safely and quickly recover from a hyperventilation attack or prevent it.

Instructions for use
At the top of the cassette, you will see a blue triangle; this is the side through which you both inhale and exhale. It is advisable to sit down during a hyperventilation attack, preferably on a chair with a straight backrest, e.g., a dining chair. Bring the cassette to your mouth and begin inhaling and exhaling through the cassette. Continue breathing through the cassette until the attack subsides and transitions into calm breathing. The time it takes to recover from an attack varies per person. The moment you start inhaling and exhaling through the cassette, you will notice that the attack and symptoms will soon diminish. Warnings
There is an opening on the side of the cassette; this must not be covered. When using the Hyperfree, it is very important that you do not breathe through your nose, but only through your mouth.
