Original silicea capsules contain biotin and trace elements to support hair, skin, nails and bones.
The growth process of hair, skin, and nails takes a certain amount of time: it takes about six months to regrow a complete fingernail, the skin needs 28 days to regenerate, and hair grows a little over 1 centimeter per month. The recommended treatment duration is three months, at least twice a year.
