Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), gelatin (FISH), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate), sunflower oil, firming agent: glycerol (E422), zinc bisglycinate, thickening agent: yellow beeswax (E901), lutein suspension 20% from marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) in safflower oil, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (E322), copper glycinate on maltodextrin, colourings: iron oxides (E172), zeaxanthin suspension 14% from marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) in safflower oil, taurine, dried blueberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) from berries with 2.5% anthocyanosides on maltodextrin, riboflavin (vitamin B2), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
Usage
Adults: 2 capsules spread throughout the day. Take during a meal with sufficient liquid, e.g., water.
