Myrrh tree, black myrobalan, Indian gooseberry, terminalia belerica, asafoetida, long pepper, piper retrofractum, plumbago zeylanica, ginger, trachyspermum ammi, TURNIP (mustard), white cumin, chasteberry, clerodendron phlomoides, clematis triloba, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, silicic acid.
Use
Take 1-2 tablets 3 times daily with warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. Not immediately before or after a meal. Drink 1 glass of warm water 2-3 times daily.

Store in a cool, dry place.
