Don't apply the finger bandage too tightly, as this will pinch. Therefore, unroll the finger bandage slightly before bandaging to ensure proper pressure. If you don't unroll it beforehand, you could apply the finger bandage too tightly. You can recognize a bandage that is too tight by:
• Discoloration of the protruding parts
• Worsening of pain
• Tingling or numbness in the protruding parts
• Less able to move the protruding parts
