What is this medicine used for?
HeltiQ Greasy Cotton Wool can be used to prevent blisters and for blisters that have not yet closed. Folding the greasy cotton wool between your toes reduces the friction that can cause blisters. This product is a medical device.

Directions for use
Application of greasy cotton wool for the prevention of blisters
Cut a piece of cotton wool 15 to 20 cm long
Split this piece of cotton wool because otherwise it is too thick
Fold the thin piece of cotton wool in a zigzag pattern between the toes
Split the piece of greasy cotton wool again and fold it back above and below the toes
Put your sock back on very carefully, otherwise the greasy cotton wool will immediately break
