Application HeltiQ maternity mattress
You can use the HeltiQ maternity mattress both before and during labor. For optimal protection of your mattress when your water breaks, it's best to use it in combination with a HeltiQ mattress protector and a HeltiQ underlay.

If a single bed

Place the HeltiQ Mattress Protector between the mattress and the fitted sheet
Tuck the sides under the mattress
Place the HeltiQ maternity mattress on top of the mattress protector
Place a fitted sheet
Place the HeltiQ Underlay on the fitted sheet approximately 10 days before the due date for extra moisture absorption.


If a double bed

Place the mattress protector between the mattress and the fitted sheet on the pregnant woman's side of the bed
Tuck one side under the mattress
Place the HeltiQ maternity mattress on top of the mattress protector
Place a fitted sheet
About 10 days before the due date, place the HeltiQ Underlay on the fitted sheet on the pregnant woman's side for extra moisture absorption.
