Heltiq Cold-warm compress small
HeltiQ Cold/Warm Compress supports natural pain relief and can be applied to your injuries or complaints based on cold or heat therapy.
To apply the compress cold, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. From the freezer, place it in the included sleeve and apply it directly to your injury. The HeltiQ Cold/Hot Compress prevents swelling and relieves pain without the need for painkillers.
You can use cold therapy for injuries such as strains, bruises, sprains, contusions, fever, pain from inflammation, headaches, migraines, toothaches, insect bites and stings, itching, cracked nipples, engorgement, swelling and sunburn.
In the case of a serious injury that still requires regular cooling to reduce swelling and pain, you can also apply a cold compress while applying a support or compression bandage. Do you need immediate cooling with a compress (for example, for sports injuries) and don't have a compress in the freezer? Then the HeltiQ Instant Cold Compress is a good alternative.
By warming the HeltiQ Cold/Hot Compress in the microwave or a pan of water, you can also use it for heat therapy. Heat therapy can be used for joint pain, neck pain (e.g., stiff neck), abdominal cramps, menstrual pain, back pain, lumbago, and muscle pain.
Would you prefer two separate compresses for cold and hot? Then make sure you always have two at home. One should be kept in the freezer for cold applications and the other for heat therapy. The HeltiQ Cold and Hot Compress Combination is a good alternative.
- HeltiQ Cold/Warm Compresses locally relieve pain without the use of painkillers.

Spread the gel evenly over the compress and heat for 2 minutes. Do not microwave! If the compress puffs up in the microwave, turn it off immediately!
Slide the compress into the supplied cover or wrap it in a thin cloth.
Assess the compress's temperature. Let it cool down first if it's too hot. If it's still too cold, reheat it in 30-second increments.
Apply the compress to the painful area for about 20 minutes. Repeat several times a day if necessary.
NB!
Never apply the heat compress directly to your skin, as this can cause burns. Before use, place the compress in the included sleeve.
Never heat a compress in an oven or grill.
Never heat a pleated or folded compress. This will cause leakage.
Heating in water
Boil 1.5 liters of water. Turn off the heat and add 0.5 liters of cold water. Mix the cold water thoroughly with the hot water.
