Thanks to their special top layer, the island plaster doesn't adhere to the wound. This makes them suitable for use on larger wounds such as cuts, abrasions, sutured wounds, or surgical wounds. The island plaster consists of a wound pad surrounded by a skin-friendly, elastic adhesive edge. This makes the plaster suitable for use on mobile body parts such as the knee or elbow. The special adhesive edge makes the plaster easy to remove.

Directions for use
Remove the paper backing, exposing the adhesive layer.
Hold the adhesive layer over the wound and apply the film. Press the bandage firmly to ensure it adheres well to the skin.
