Heka Film is a transparent polyurethane wound dressing with an acrylic adhesive. The wound dressing is semi-permeable, impermeable to moisture and bacteria from the outside, and permeable to water vapor from the inside. This creates a moist wound environment and prevents skin maceration. The wound dressing is thin and flexible and conforms to body contours.

Directions for use
The wound film is used to protect dry wounds and delicate tissue, but can also be used as a secondary fixation dressing for non-infected wounds and to protect skin damaged by pressure, friction, or prolonged exposure to moisture. The wound film is transparent, allowing for wound inspection without removing it.
