Use
For applying a support and/or compression bandage. For applying a compression bandage: Distribute the synthetic cotton wool in layers (overlapping) evenly around the bruise or sprain. Ensure the cotton wool covers the bruise or sprain generously. Cover the synthetic cotton wool with a Heka Ideal support bandage.
