What is this medicine used for?
Pain relief for muscle pain, sprains, neck and back complaints.
Directions for use
For cold application:
Place the compress in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Remove the compress from the freezer and slide it into the supplied cover or a thin cloth.
Apply the compress to the painful part of the body (for no longer than 20 minutes).
For hot applications:
In water:
Soak the compress in hot water with a maximum temperature of 80°C for approx. 6 minutes.
Distribute the gel evenly over the compress.
Remove the compress from the water, dry it and place it in the supplied cover or a thin cloth.
Place the compress on the painful part of the body (for no longer than 20 minutes).
In microwave:
Set the microwave to defrost mode (max. 280W)
Spread the gel evenly over the compress and microwave it for a maximum of 4 minutes. Do not leave the microwave unattended while it heats.
As soon as the compress begins to swell, switch off the microwave immediately.
Remove the compress from the microwave and slide it into the supplied cover or thin cloth.
Place the compress on the affected body part (for no longer than 20 minutes).
Never apply the compress directly to the skin. This can cause frostbite/burn.
