What is this medicine used for?
Promotes blood circulation, reduces stiffness, relaxes and soothes sore muscles and joints.
Directions for use
Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors) and remove the heat patch.
Remove the paper protective layer.
Attach to clothing/underwear on the painful area
The heat patch will activate within 1 minute and warm up within 5 minutes after the sachet is opened.
After use, slowly peel off the plaster and dispose of it with normal household waste (do not burn the plaster).
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this patch if you have any of these conditions:
Rheumatoid arthritis, heart disease, poor blood circulation, nerve damage, sensory disturbance, skin condition, diabetes or if you are pregnant
to decide whether heat therapy is suitable for you.

Warnings
- If used incorrectly, the heat pack can cause burns, even at low temperatures.
- Never apply the heat patch directly to the skin.
- Never use in the same place for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
- Make sure that air can circulate over the heat pack and do not apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the heat pack.
- If the heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot, remove it immediately.
- This heat patch should be used under supervision by persons who cannot remove the product themselves, such as the elderly or the physically disabled.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- If a rash develops, discontinue use immediately.
- This heat patch is not suitable for menstrual pain or irritable bowel syndrome
- Never use the heat pack on any part of the body other than the back or shoulders.
- Do not use if you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers.
