Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, sucrose, microcrystalline cellulose, colour: calcium carbonate, glazing agent: shellac, beeswax, carnauba wax, anti-caking agent: gum arabic, silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate, stearic acid.
Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets twice a day with water. Swallow the tablets whole.
