Directions for use
Size and fit: Fits both right and left wrists. One size - Adjustable. Step 1: Place your thumb in the loop, ensuring the smooth side faces the skin. Step 2: Wrap the support over the top of the wrist. Step 3: Wrap the support under the wrist and back over the top of the wrist. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure and adjust the tightness of the support until it feels firm but comfortable.
