Support and protection of the lower back
Directions for use
Hold the brace in the center of your lower back with the curved edge pointing downwards.
Wrap the main straps around the waist and secure them with light pressure at the front.
Pull the side drawstrings forward and secure them along the main straps. Adjust the placement of the drawstrings to achieve the right level of support for your needs.
