Usage
Use 75 grams of rice and 250 ml of hot stock per person. Heat a dash of (olive) oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the rice and stir over low heat for about 1 minute, until the grains are translucent. Gradually add the stock, stirring constantly. Add the next dash of rice after the previous one has been absorbed. Repeat this process until the stock is used up (20-25 minutes).
