Usage
Bring 2.5 parts water to the boil, add a pinch of salt and 1 part thoroughly rinsed millet.
Simmer gently for 25 minutes without removing the lid from the pan.
Remove the pan from the heat and leave the lid on for another 5 minutes.
Save
Store closed and dry
