Usage
1. Clean your hands and squeeze the back of the earplug with your thumb and index finger
2. Reach over the head with your free hand and pull the top of the ear up and back, inserting the earplug firmly into the ear canal
3. The back of the earplug should sit outside your ear canal. When the earplug fits securely in your ear, you're wearing it correctly.
4. If necessary, press the earplug with your index finger. Remove the earplug slowly with a rotating motion.
Cleaning tips: Remove the acoustic filter from the earplugs. Then clean the two parts separately. Rinse the earplugs with water. Wipe the filter with a damp, non-shedding cloth. Do not immerse the filter in water or clean it with a chemical cleaner. Otherwise, damage may reduce its effectiveness.
