California poppy extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham., aerial parts), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaf), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root), hop extract (Humulus lupulus L., flower), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, L-tyrosine, passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts), colour: calcium carbonate, humectant: magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin B12, melatonin.
Usage
Adults: 2 capsules per day, taken half an hour before bedtime.
Not suitable for children under 12 years. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not use in combination with antidepressants and tranquilizers (sleeping pills).
