Use
Supports the foot, arch, and heel Ideal for: Ideal for support during the day, sports, and daily activities.
Directions for use
Unfasten the hook-and-loop strap and position the support so that it rests comfortably under the arch (the side with the foot symbols should face the inside of the arch). Then secure it over the top of the foot with the hook-and-loop fastener. Pull up the arch with the hook-and-loop strap. Ensure the foot symbol on the strap matches the foot symbol on the arch insert. It is recommended to wear the straps for 4 hours on the first day, then gradually increase wear time by 1-2 hours per day. If after one week you find you need more support, you can switch to the dark blue arch inserts and again gradually increase wear time. For proper posture, the straps should be worn on both feet.
