Directions for use
Insert your thumb into the loop with the smooth side of the material facing your skin. Wrap the band around the top of your wrist.

Bring the strap under your wrist and back up to the top of your wrist. Secure it with the Velcro.

Adjust the Velcro until it is snug but comfortable.
