Use
Support for a stiff, painful or injured ankle.
Directions for use
Slide foot into the elastic section. Wrap the strap around the ankle. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure on the strap and pull the strap to achieve the desired comfort level. Avoid fastening the closure on the instep, as this may lead to irritation when wearing shoes.
