Directions for use
Slide the foot into the elastic part.
Wrap the strap around the ankle.
Attach the hook-and-loop closure to the strap and tighten it to achieve the desired comfort level. Avoid fastening the closure on the instep, as this can cause irritation when wearing shoes.
