Use
Supports a stiff, sore or injured elbow and forearm.
Directions for use
Slide the support over the elbow. Position the pressure pads at the top and bottom (radial and ulnar side) of the forearm, just below the elbow. Wrap the strap around the forearm. Fasten until you achieve a firm but comfortable fit.
