Ingredients
Whey protein hydrolysate (MILK (including LACTOSE)), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), vegetable oils, nature-identical flavorings (maltodextrin, acacia gum), salt, sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose)
Usage
Take 1½ scoops (30 grams) per day between meals on non-training days. On training days, take 1½ scoops immediately after training and 1½ scoops between meals. Dissolve the powder in 300 ml of water. A full, level scoop contains 20 grams of protein.
