Yerba mate extract, green tea extract, bulking agent (MCC), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), HPMC vegacapsule.
Usage
Take 2 capsules during breakfast and 2 capsules during lunch.
Do not take the capsules shortly before going to bed, as this may make it difficult to fall asleep.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
