Ingredients
SKIMMED MILK POWDER (milk), dextrose, WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (milk), defatted cocoa powder, glucose syrup, EGG WHITE, isomaltulose, fructose, fructo-oligosaccharides, xanthan gum (thickener), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), vitamins: L-ascorbic acid, Dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, Calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin. Ornithine alpha ketoglutarate, Beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, Creatine ethyl ester, Tribulus.

Usage
Use 2-3 shakes daily, after training and between meals. Dissolve 5 scoops (approx. 50 grams) of Mega Massa i in a glass/shaker cup with 300 ml milk or water. Stir/shake vigorously and it's ready. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year.

Once opened, use within 6 weeks, if stored in a dark, dry, cool place.
