Ingredients
SKIMMED MILK POWDER, dextrose, WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (milk), glucose syrup, EGG WHITE, isomaltulose, fructose, fructo-oligosaccharides, banana flavoring, xanthan gum (thickener), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), vitamins: L-ascorbic acid, Dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, Calcium-D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin. Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, Beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, Creatine ethyl ester, Tribulus.

Usage
Use 2-3 shakes per day, after training and between meals. Dissolve 5 scoops (approx. 50 grams) of Mega Massa i in a glass/shaker cup with 300 ml of milk or water. Stir/shake vigorously and it's ready. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.

Storage advice
Once opened, use within 6 weeks, provided it is stored in a dark, dry, cool place.
