The first 5 days are the loading phase. The dosage depends on body weight. For those under 65 kg (141 lbs), spread out over the day: 4 x 1 teaspoon. For those weighing 65-85 kg (141-185 lbs), spread out over the day: 5 x 1 teaspoon. Over 85 kg (185 lbs), spread out over the day: 6 x 1 teaspoon. After the loading phase: 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the evening. For best results, do not mix creatine with caffeine, protein shakes, or other meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for persons under 16 years of age.
Preparation of the dosage:
Mix 1 teaspoon ± 2 grams in 200 ml of water or fruit juice.
