The harsh conditions of the fishing season near Iceland made working for the Fleetwood fishermen a real torture. Compassionately concerned about their plight, pharmacist James Lofthouse developed these unique lozenges in 1865. All Fisherman's Friend lozenges are still made by the Lofthouse family in Fleetwood today.

Ingredients
Sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose, acesulfame K; liquorice root extract, ammonium chloride, flavourings, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
