Instructions for use
Use only the included measuring scoop. One scoop (5 grams of powder) provides approximately 19 kcal. Wash your hands, use clean utensils, and ensure the top of the container is clean. Mix the required amount of powder with enough cold liquid to form a smooth paste. Stir it into food or drink. Prepare the food per portion and use within 2 hours. Always discard any unused food.
