What is this medicine used for?
To be used for:
- Before or after activity
- Sports injuries

- Overloaded muscles and sprains
- Sciatic pain (leg)

Directions for use
Cleanse the skin with soap and warm water.
Towel dry the skin.
Apply FIT Sports Balm to the skin and massage gently until absorbed.
Repeat this three to four times a day (morning/afternoon/evening/1 hour before going to bed.

Storage advice
