Step 2. Apply one coat of Gel Couture by Essie topcoat for a glassy shine or a velvety matte finish. No UV lamp required. Apply another coat of topcoat on day 7.
Easy, gentle removal: with acetone or acetone-free nail polish remover. No hard scraping or soaking required.
