The EPITHELIUMTACT 01 anti-blister pads have a dual action:

Directions for use
This package contains 4 reusable/washable pads and 12 disposable adhesive strips designed to keep the pad perfectly in place. After exercising, you can remove the adhesive strip and store the pad in the package.
MAINTENANCE AND LIFESPAN: The pads can be washed 4 to 5 times by hand with soap without losing their adhesive properties.
